Planet E Bikes are dedicated to offering the very best service to our customers; therefore we have carefully put together the below guidance on our refund and warranty policy.

Refund Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a purchase made which has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
  • Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
  • Once your item has been delivered, you will have a 28-day period in which a refund can be processed. Your item must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns made after the 28-day period.
  • We cannot accept returns made on used items, unless agreed by a member of our team.
  • You are responsible for the return shipment and we do not take any liability for any damage/loses incurred in shipment.
  • We highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Planet E Bikes cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • All refunds will occur via the original payment method.

Warranty Policy

Warranty is only subject to a bike purchased through Planet E Bikes and is only valid to the purchasing customer.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on our battery or up to 500 charges, giving you the best protection – should you need it. As with any rechargeable battery you will experience a decrease in capacity overtime as it is subject to charge and discharge cycles. We are certain that after 500 charges our E Bikes will still hold at least 70% of its battery capacity.

Planet E Bikes also offers 1-year warranty on its electrical system. This does not include general wear and tear, water damage, power surges and improper maintenance.

A lifetime warranty is offered on all frames, this excludes general wear and tear, damage caused by the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty we offer excludes damage or defects caused by accidental damage, lack of maintenance and improper use.

Below is a breakdown on areas not covered by warranty.

  • General wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by the customer.
  • Damage caused by improper installation / repairs.
  • Products that have been modified.
  • Products that have been poorly/incorrectly maintained.
  • Products damaged by external factors such as water damage, power surges etc.
