The cruiser can travel up to 37 miles when the battery is full however this can vary due to different factors which include terrain, weather, rider weight etc.
The cruiser does not include throttle, this can however be added at your own discretion however cannot be supplied currently by Planet E Bikes.
The maximum weight load for the cruiser is 120kg.
The cruiser weighs approximately 35kg.
The cruiser can get up to speeds of 30mph however this can vary due to different factors which include terrain, weather, rider weight etc. The speed can be capped by using the LCD display if you don’t want to reach this speed.
Yes. The cruiser has great chunky tyres which means it is great for all different types of terrain.
We are happy to let customers test the cruiser before purchasing however you will need to travel to us. We are based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. We unfortunately cannot send cruisers out for test rides.

Planet E Bikes has a separate Refund and Warranty Policy which you can find on our website. However, we offer a 24 month guarantee on all cruisers for any faults that may occur excluding wear and tear on tyres, tubes, rims, spokes, brake pads, cables, chains, wheels, grips and saddle and excludes damage from power surges, water damage, improper maintenance, or other misuse or normal wear.
